  • Learn from senior leaders and build a network of peers through Kyndryl’s internship program.
  • Support research, writing, and analysis tasks related to Corporate Affairs initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment to advance communications and policy efforts.

The Role

About the Role

A multidisciplinary function, Corporate Affairs comprises Communications; Government Affairs and Policy; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG); and Sustainability. Our primary stakeholder audiences include media, customers, analysts, policymakers and governments, employees, investors, and partners. The trust customers and partners place in Kyndryl flows directly from the work the Corporate Affairs team does around the world.

Kyndryl Corporate Affairs seeks a full-time (40 hours per week) summer intern to complete challenging, high-visibility projects across the disciplines of Communications; Government Affairs and Policy; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG); and Sustainability. Interns will have the opportunity to learn from senior leaders and build a network of peers through Kyndryl’s internship program. This paid, 9-week internship (June 1 through August 7) will be based in New York City.

Who You Are

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university.

  • Strong interest in learning about new technologies and in the technology industry.

  • Strong research and writing capabilities with a keen eye to detail.

  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude in one or more of Corporate Affairs disciplines, including Communications; Government Affairs and Policy; Corporate Social Responsibility; Environmental, Social, and Governance; and Sustainability.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Superior skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Social media experience a plus (LinkedIn, Twitter).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work collaboratively and in an international environment with diverse backgrounds and cultures.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $30 per hour.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.                                
                                
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:                                
California: $30 per hour                  
Colorado: $30 per hour                      
New York City: $30 per hour                     
Washington: $30 per hour
