Job description

Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

Role summary:

Project Manager (Creative). Be the operational heartbeat of our creative studio, managing social content and digital ads end-to-end. You’ll own timelines, resource coordination, and QC for top tech brands. Requires 4+ years’ experience and fluency in both English and Indonesian.

Role:

  • Support and manage the end-to-end delivery of social content creation and marketing initiatives, ensuring every project remains strategically aligned and on schedule.
  • Own all project timelines and resource coordination, acting as the central point of contact to move projects smoothly from initial planning through to final launch.
  • Manage rigorous quality control and approval workflows, ensuring all creative outputs meet brand standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to define clear objectives, manage deliverables, and bridge the gap between vision and execution.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with a proactive mindset, maintaining project momentum in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment.
  • Maintain organised project documentation and trackers, ensuring a high level of clarity and efficiency for our distributed team.
  • Adapt to changing priorities with agility, providing the structure and "glue" needed for the creative team to thrive.

You:

  • At least 4 years of experience in project or account management, ideally within a creative agency or fast-paced production environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and tight deadlines simultaneously without losing sight of the finer details.
  • Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and modern project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently while remaining a highly collaborative partner within a remote, distributed team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a resilient, "can-do" attitude when navigating ambiguity or shifting project scopes.
  • Passionate about the technology and entertainment landscape, with a desire to contribute to high-impact brand stories.
