  • Propose creative solutions to complex challenges; navigate diverse customer environments with professionalism and adaptability.

The Clinical Operations Manager plays a key collaborative role, partnering with regional teams to deliver innovative, comprehensive solutions for Varian customers. This position emphasizes process optimization and strategic alignment, leveraging tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, Lists, SharePoint) and Salesforce (Unity Reports and Dashboards) to enhance communication, project visibility, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Strategy

  • Engage with customers to understand needs and set clear expectations for Varian product implementation.
  • Foster long-term relationships through consistent, value-driven interactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate training and education efforts with the Applications Director, Applications Manager, Clinical Applications Operations Manager and Resource Manager.
  • Align with Sales, Project Management, and AOS teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to full product adoption.
  • Manage resource allocation for entitlements and professional services.
  • Forecast and identify opportunities for incremental revenue, particularly through Multi-Year Service Agreements.
