Organizes office administration, in support of an assigned Executive, Head or Manager.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the assigned Executive, Head, or Manager
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and business engagements; prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action points
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings and preparation of travel itineraries
  • Reconcile travel and expense reports in line with company policies
  • Support budget-related activities, including assisting in annual budget preparation and monitoring monthly budget performance
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, screen and direct phone calls, and ensure effective communication flow
  • Maintain and organize both electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accurate documentation and information management
  • Prepare presentations, reports, statistical analyses, and briefings as required
  • Support the implementation and integration of new office systems, tools, and technologies

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or business support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
