Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 2 years of professional DevOps experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure Cloud Services with relevant certifications (e.g., CKAD, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
  • Experience building cloud infrastructures and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub); proficient with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform).
  • Familiarity with configuration management (Ansible); security best practices in cloud environments; and monitoring/logging tools (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Prometheus, Grafana).

Requirements:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes and Azure Cloud.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform; design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Automate deployment processes, enforce branching/workflows, and provide cost tracking and security scanning tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams and provide support for development and production environments.

DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & Azure Cloud (all genders welcome)

As part of our DevOps team with a focus on Kubernetes, Azure Cloud and Infrastructure as Code, you design scalable, secure cloud infrastructures and provide their continuous operational support. Focusing on automation, you take care of the availability and scalability of our Kubernetes Clusters and applications running on top. In a technology-driven environment with close collaboration across disciplines, you support our development teams in their daily work, bringing our solutions to life.

What you can expect  

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Azure Cloud

  • Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub

  • Provide and manage tools for cost tracking and security scanning

  • Automate the deployment process to ensure quick and reliable software delivery

  • Implement branching strategies and workflows to support development processes

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Provide support for development and production environments

What you bring

To become part of the Rosenxt family, you impress with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Moreover you should bring with you:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a DevOps or comparable role

  • Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure Cloud Services; ideally backed by relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)

  • Experience working with cloud infrastructures and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g. with Azure DevOps or GitHub)

  • Confident handling of container technologies such as Docker as well as Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Terraform)

  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible

  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments

  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Prometheus and Grafana

  • Proven experience in managing source code repositories and version control systems (e.g. Git)

  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python or PowerShell

  • Basic knowledge of tools from the CNCF ecosystem

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated deployment processes
