Job Responsibilities

• • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a business or health related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; plus minimal experience / exposure working in proposal preparation in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry. 

  • Minimum of one year of experience in proposal preparation in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry preferred.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.

  • Knowledge of the clinical development process as illustrated by previous work history in clinical research or other drug development experience is preferred.

  • Good analytical, negotiation and organizational skills with ability to perform several tasks simultaneously and the ability to work independently and flexibly to meet deadlines. 

  • Above-average attention to detail, effective oral/written communication skills along with highly-developed interpersonal and strong team orientated skills.
