  • 2-3 years of experience handling preclinical and clinical samples (receipt, storage, and destruction)
  • Ability and willingness to work with LN2 after appropriate training
  • Strong ability to follow SOPs and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks

  • Perform assigned project tasks and assist in creating client-specific SOPs, project definitions, and other customer documents
  • Oversee sample receipt and QC; coordinate and triage shipments to appropriate departments/vendors; verify chain of custody
  • Perform freezer defrosting and cleaning, destruction of samples as permitted, and return of samples to inventory

How You’ll Add Value:

You will be responsible for understanding and performing all functions related to an assigned project.  You must ensure that all SOPs are properly followed, maintain communications, receive and execute tasks as assigned and within timeline while ensuring customer needs are met. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with on-site leadership to anticipate customer needs

  • Perform project task(s) to best of ability as assigned by on-site leadership

  • Perform or facilitate the creation of client specific SOPs, Project Definitions and other customer documents

  • Sample receipt and QC, coordinating and triaging shipments to appropriate departments/vendors, sample shipment receipt verification by either paper form or database (chain of custody is critical to ensure sample integrity)

  • Freezer defrosting and cleaning, destruction of samples as permitted, and return of samples back into inventory 

  • Ability and willingness to work with LN2 (after appropriate training is received)

What you will Bring:

  • Associates degree and/or Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences/Sciences field (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.) is highly preferred

  • 2-3 years of experience with handing (receipt, storage, and destruction) preclinical and clinical samples

United States Base Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00

The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications),  qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
