  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key segments (manufacturing, healthcare, 3PL) and manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts
  • Manage and grow own accounts (existing and new customers) to maximize revenue while solving customer needs
  • Represent Kardex at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events, building relationships with stakeholders

As we expand our presence in Norway, we are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to drive growth in Southern and Western Norway.

Your tasks

You will work closely with internal specialists to design tailored solutions, while keeping your focus on providing solutions to existing and new customers and closing deals.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on key segments such as manufacturing industry, healthcare, 3PL and more

  • Manage and grow your own accounts, targeting high-potential customers

  • Collaborate with internal specialists to create solutions and professional quotations

  • Lead the full sales process: needs analysis → solution design → negotiation → closing

  • Represent Kardex at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events

Your profile

  • Proven B2B field sales experience with technical or solution-based offerings

  • Experienced in larger deals and longer sales cycles

  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)

  • Higher education or equivalent professional experience

  • Commercial mindset with strong technical understanding

  • Self-driven, structured, and able to own the sales process end-to-end

  • Relationship-oriented, able to listen, analyze, and constructively challenge customer needs

  • Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and decision-makers​

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English

  • Valid driving license (B)

Meritorious

  • Experience in automation, warehouse/logistics solutions, or adjacent industries
