Your tasks
You will work closely with internal specialists to design tailored solutions, while keeping your focus on providing solutions to existing and new customers and closing deals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on key segments such as manufacturing industry, healthcare, 3PL and more
Manage and grow your own accounts, targeting high-potential customers
Collaborate with internal specialists to create solutions and professional quotations
Lead the full sales process: needs analysis → solution design → negotiation → closing
Represent Kardex at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
Your profile
Proven B2B field sales experience with technical or solution-based offerings
Experienced in larger deals and longer sales cycles
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Higher education or equivalent professional experience
Skills & Traits
Commercial mindset with strong technical understanding
Self-driven, structured, and able to own the sales process end-to-end
Relationship-oriented, able to listen, analyze, and constructively challenge customer needs
Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Valid driving license (B)
Meritorious
Experience in automation, warehouse/logistics solutions, or adjacent industries
