Roles & Responsibilities

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Industrial electrician, Electrician, Mechatronics technician, Electrical installer, Electronics technician, Certified electrical specialist) and ability to read electrical schematics and safely work with up to 1000 volts
Field service experience and comfortable working at heights up to 7 metres
Strong commitment and excellent customer orientation; able to work independently and solution-focused
Category B driving license

Requirements:

Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance work, safety checks and other service tasks on installed systems within the home region
Identify faults quickly and provide practical, effective solutions
Work at heights of up to 7 metres safely and confidently
Advise customers on recommended service work and support them with on-site training and instruction

Your tasks

📍 In your home region between Enfield, Portsmouth, Brighton, Colchester, Guildford, Southhampton, Oxford, Harlow or Northhamptonshire you are the go-to service expert for our customers.

🛠️ You will carry out electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance work, safety checks and all other service tasks on our installed systems.

🔍 You have a keen instinct for identifying faults quickly and finding practical, effective solutions.

🪜 Working at heights of up to 7 metres is sometimes required, and you handle this confidently and calmly.

🤝 As a friendly, solution-oriented contact person, you are always there for our customers.

📋 You advise customers on recommended service work and support them with on-site training and instruction.

Your profile

🎓 Completed technical vocational training, for example as:

Industrial electrician
Electrician
Mechatronics technician
Electrical installer
Electronics technician
Certified electrical specialist …or similar – as long as you can read electrical schematics and safely work with up to 1000 volts.

🔧 Ideally, you already have experience in field service and are comfortable working at heights. Up to 7 metres is no issue for you.

💡 Strong commitment and excellent customer orientation come naturally to you.

🗂️ You are used to working independently and solution-focused.

🚘 A Category B driving licence is required.
