Service Sales and Campaign Manager EMEA - Business Partner Management

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with a mechanical background preferred
  • Proven customer-facing and sales experience in Customer Service, technical departments, or sales
  • Sales excellence and mindset with a hungry, opportunity-driven approach; familiarity with SPIN Selling, Korn Ferry tools, or Trusted Advisor concepts is a plus
  • Operational readiness and tool proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP; willingness to travel internationally; holds a car licence; fluent in business English (additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage)

Requirements:

  • Promote and proactively sell the Service Product Portfolio across growth pillars (hardware, software contracts, spare parts, midlife upgrades, machine replacements, software upgrades) and drive after-sales growth through structured customer engagement and lifecycle-based triggers
  • Develop opportunities and pipeline by classifying customers, analysing installed base, managing partner pipelines, and ensuring qualification, follow-up, and offer alignment
  • Enable and steer partner performance through training, coaching, certifications, and regular business reviews to ensure capability, consistency, and growth
  • Lead targeted campaigns and ensure partners have access to up-to-date sales materials, technical documentation, and pricing; collaborate with internal teams to support commercial clarifications (terms, conditions, and pricing)

Kardex Business Partner Management (BPM) is an independent unit within Kardex Remstar that serves end‑customer markets through business partners, operating as an indirect sales channel. The Service Sales and Campaign Manager is the wingman/wingwoman of our Sales people in the different regions across EMEA boosting after sales.

-Influence how we conduct business across the EMEA with our most strategic and high‑value distributors and partners with focus on after sales and service
-Contribute directly to achieving over €200M in growth by 2030, playing a key role in our journey towards our global growth plan.

Your tasks

As a Service Sales and Campaign Manager (SSCM), you promote and proactively sell the Service Product Portfolio in our five growth pillars:

  • Hardware & software contracts 

  • Spare parts

  • Midlife upgrades

  • Machine replacements

  • Software upgrades

  • Proactive, insight‑driven growth management – Drive profitable Lifecycle Services (LCS) - After Sales growth through structured customer engagement, opportunity identification, and lifecycle‑based triggers.

  • Opportunity and pipeline development – Classify customers, analyse the installed base, manage partner pipelines, and ensure consistent qualification, follow‑up, and offer alignment.

  • Partner enablement and performance steering – Equip and support partners through training, coaching, certifications, and regular business reviews to ensure capability, consistency, and growth.

  • Campaign and collateral execution – Lead targeted sales campaigns (e.g., modernisation initiatives) and ensure partners have access to up‑to‑date sales materials, technical documentation, and pricing.

  • Cross‑functional and commercial leadership – Collaborate with internal teams, support commercial clarifications (including terms, conditions, and pricing), and role‑model effective lifecycle selling behaviours.

Your profile

  • Strong technical and commercial foundation – Technical bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) combined with business acumen; mechanical background preferred.

  • Proven customer‑facing and sales experience – profund experience in Customer Service, technical departments, or sales, demonstrating confidence in handling enquiries and preparing offers.

  • Sales excellence and mindset – Hungry, opportunity‑oriented approach with a relentless drive to achieve results; familiarity with SPIN Selling, Korn Ferry tools, or Trusted Advisor concepts is a plus.

  • Customer‑centric communicator – Excellent communication and presentation skills in multicultural environments, supported by a growth mindset and strong sense of ownership.

  • Operational readiness and tool proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP; willing to travel internationally, holds a car licence, and is proficient in business English (additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage).
