Your tasks
As a Service Sales and Campaign Manager (SSCM), you promote and proactively sell the Service Product Portfolio in our five growth pillars:
Hardware & software contracts
Spare parts
Midlife upgrades
Machine replacements
Software upgrades
Proactive, insight‑driven growth management – Drive profitable Lifecycle Services (LCS) - After Sales growth through structured customer engagement, opportunity identification, and lifecycle‑based triggers.
Opportunity and pipeline development – Classify customers, analyse the installed base, manage partner pipelines, and ensure consistent qualification, follow‑up, and offer alignment.
Partner enablement and performance steering – Equip and support partners through training, coaching, certifications, and regular business reviews to ensure capability, consistency, and growth.
Campaign and collateral execution – Lead targeted sales campaigns (e.g., modernisation initiatives) and ensure partners have access to up‑to‑date sales materials, technical documentation, and pricing.
Cross‑functional and commercial leadership – Collaborate with internal teams, support commercial clarifications (including terms, conditions, and pricing), and role‑model effective lifecycle selling behaviours.
Your profile
Strong technical and commercial foundation – Technical bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) combined with business acumen; mechanical background preferred.
Proven customer‑facing and sales experience – profund experience in Customer Service, technical departments, or sales, demonstrating confidence in handling enquiries and preparing offers.
Sales excellence and mindset – Hungry, opportunity‑oriented approach with a relentless drive to achieve results; familiarity with SPIN Selling, Korn Ferry tools, or Trusted Advisor concepts is a plus.
Customer‑centric communicator – Excellent communication and presentation skills in multicultural environments, supported by a growth mindset and strong sense of ownership.
Operational readiness and tool proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP; willing to travel internationally, holds a car licence, and is proficient in business English (additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage).
