You will be able to navigate the claims systems and begin handling claims of limited complexity and exposure.

  • Build confidence and be proficient in insured/broker communications: During the first 60 to 90 days, you will develop confidence in contacting insureds, performing independent investigations, and communicating the Company’s coverage position. You will manage litigated and non-litigated claims as well as develop action plans for Reserving and Resolution opportunities. You will be handling all aspects of a growing inventory of claims while working more independently.

  • Obtain Adjusting License: You will be expected to obtain all necessary adjusting licenses within approximately 180 days (or within timeframe directed by management) of your employment.
