Job Overview & Your working environment 

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Platform Administrator to join our User Experience Team and support COO Finance (COOF) in collectively using SharePoint as their centralized platform for information transparency, collaboration and knowledge management.

As an SME, in the role of Product Owner for the platform, you are part of a team and responsible for safeguarding the platform’s infrastructure, design and usability. Improving COOF’s SharePoint proficiency is the main objective. By organizing workshops, demos, trainings, and knowledge sharing sessions you will involve end users to ensure optimization of the platform, usage of its features and integration with related Microsoft products.

Additionally, our team - User Experience - is responsible for a broader range of services. As a fully integrated member of the team, you also work on – and bring experience in - the following areas:

  • ServiceNow (ESM/Incident) Ticketing and Knowledge Management – Managing incidents and maintaining a robust knowledge base to support end-users effectively.
  • End-User Communication – Ensuring clear, timely, and user-friendly communication across multiple channels.
  • Quality Assurance Dashboards and Problem Management – Monitoring performance, identifying issues, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
  • ITIL Process Steering – Applying ITIL best practices to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Manila. Tasks include:

  • Design and safeguard the SharePoint infrastructure, including libraries, metadata, and access rights.
  • Integrating governance policies for document management, security, and compliance.
  • Co-creating workflows and automation (likely Power Automate).
  • Supporting integration with Teams, Viva Engage, and Power BI.
  • Provide end-user support for change and service requests.
  • Organize workshops, demos, and training sessions for feedback and upskilling colleagues.
  • Monitor platform performance analytics and implement improvements.
  • Designing an attractive layout, built on top of SP functionality for maximum usability.

 Key Capabilities/Experience & Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology or related education.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a financial institution or a finance team, preferably at a bank.
  • Coaching qualities.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing SharePoint access and governance.
  • Senior-level experience (7 years) in Microsoft 365 administration, with expertise in SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Teams, Viva Engage, Power Automate, and familiarity with Power BI, purview.
  • Certification Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator. (Pré)
