What you’ll be doing
✨ Lead end‑to‑end product design — shaping conceptual journeys, building high‑fidelity prototypes, and driving clarity across complex ecosystems.
🧩 Champion user‑centric problem solving — working closely with UX Research to turn insights into elegant, intuitive experiences.
📊 Design with data in mind — translating analytics and behavioral patterns into design decisions that improve usability and business outcomes.
🎨 Elevate our design standards — contributing to and evolving our systems, patterns, and visual foundations.
🤝 Collaborate across disciplines — partnering with product, engineering, research, revenue, and analytics teams to bring ideas to life.
🌱 Mentor and inspire — supporting designers across the team and raising the bar for product design excellence at Pax8.
The impact you’ll make
Your work will directly shape how partners engage with commerce, revenue insights, promotions, and purchasing flows. Your strategic leadership will push our design practice forward—creating experiences that help partners grow, streamline complex workflows, and unlock value across the Pax8 platform.
What you’ll bring
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Extensive experience designing for complex platforms—especially marketplaces or multi‑sided systems.
- Proven strength in visualizing data, crafting dashboards, and turning metrics into meaningful stories.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and concept exploration.
- A strategic, systems‑oriented mindset and the ability to shape product direction, not just respond to briefs.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly across teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and fast‑moving product environments.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Experience working with or contributing to robust design systems.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $117,587 to $167,982, depending on experience.

Background checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
