Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to build elegant, scalable, and high‐performing user experiences across an enterprise AI platform. This role partners closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams to deliver modern web applications that are intuitive for users and production‐ready at scale.
You will own front‐end architecture and contribute to shared standards, component systems, and performance best practices.
This role requires deep expertise in modern front‐end development using React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, along with an AI‐native mindset that embraces AI‐assisted development as a force multiplier for speed, quality, and testing.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable front‐end applications using React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Define and evolve front‐end architecture, reusable component patterns, and design system standards
- Translate product and design requirements into responsive, accessible, and polished user experiences
- Partner with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs, real‐time updates, streaming interfaces, and AI‐powered workflows
- Own front‐end performance, accessibility, reliability, and production‐safe UI patterns
- Build clear, trustworthy interfaces for AI‐driven outputs, workflows, and system feedback
- Write high‐quality, maintainable code with strong automated testing across unit, integration, and end‐to‐end layers
- Contribute to CI/CD standards, quality gates, observability, and front‐end telemetry
- Collaborate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning; mentor other engineers as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in modern front‐end engineering
- Strong hands‐on experience with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Experience building scalable front‐end architectures and reusable component systems
- Deep understanding of state management, async data flows, API integration, and performance optimization
- Experience delivering accessible, enterprise‐grade web applications
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Cline) in daily development
- Familiarity with modern front‐end testing practices and CI/CD workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering
Preferred Experience
- Front‐end development for AI‐powered products (LLMs, copilots, conversational or agentic workflows)
- Experience with real‐time or event‐driven UI patterns
- Exposure to front‐end observability and analytics tooling
- Background in startup or high‐growth SaaS environments
- Experience with shared platform UI architecture or design systems
- Experience building Chrome extension or sidebar applications
