Job Description:

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of software, hardware and labor solutions across all verticals. This role ensures efficient handling of project management, customer relationship management, and technical support, contributing to effective solutions and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of software, hardware and labor solutions across all verticals..

  • Support project management and customer relationship management.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding implementation inquiries.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of implementation transactions.

  • Support the full life cycle of implementation operations, including process improvements and quality assurance.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve implementation processes and customer satisfaction.

  • Effectively shadowing and documenting current state processes

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or other relevant fields

Experience:

  • Required: 3-5 years of experience in implementation consulting, operational leadership or related role.

  • Preferred: Experience with project management and customer relationship management.

Skills:

  • Analytical Thinking, Change Management, Communication, Consulting Services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Documentations, End-to-End Project Management, Leadership, Project Coordination

  • Preferred: Six Sigma Certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

This is a remote position with travel requirements and due to these travel requirements preference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport with direct flights to major cities on both the east and west coast

The Compensation range for this role is up to 95,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be highly dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
