About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BP QA Engineer with a strong background in Telecom OSS to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of systems related to Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, and Service Assurance.
You will work closely with development, business, and operations teams to validate complex telecom solutions and drive automation across testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for telecom OSS applications.
Perform functional, integration, and system testing across Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, and Service Assurance domains.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
Execute and analyze API testing using tools such as Postman.
Perform performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and stability.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes.
Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests into build processes.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in software testing / QA engineering.
Strong domain knowledge of Telecom OSS, including: Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance
Hands-on experience with test automation tools, such as: WebdriverIO, Protractor, or Cypress
Experience with API testing using Postman.
Proficiency in programming/scripting using: Java or Python (preferred)
Experience in performance testing, preferably using JMeter.
Solid understanding of test methodologies, QA processes, and defect management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
