Job Summary


 

Role Purpose:

Epiq Narrate enables legal teams to organise evidence, build electronic bundles, and prepare for hearings in a collaborative online environment. It centralises all case materials — documents, transcripts, exhibits, facts, and narratives — into one connected workflow.

The Project Support Technician supports the delivery of  Epiq Narrate, focusing on data preparation, technical build tasks, platform configuration, and quality assurance to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data preparation, import, metadata application, and document structuring.

• Build and maintain digital bundles, including pagination, tabs, hyperlinks, and tags.

• Conduct quality checks across data, structure, metadata, search results, and hyperlinking.

• Create user accounts, manage permissions, and maintain client-facing guidance materials.

• Support issue/change request management, UAT testing and operational updates.

• Assist with internal systems admin and billing data preparation.

• Provide post-project operational support.

Skills & Experience (Essential):

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with digital documents or evidence management platforms.

• Good technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in legal tech, eDisclosure/eDiscovery or digital hearings.

• Familiarity with metadata, tagging, hyperlinking, or pagination workflows.

Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom for any employer.
