Job Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Product Marketing leader to build and scale our go-to-market engine at a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company. This role will lead marketing strategy, product marketing, and demand generation, while bringing strong AI fluency to how we segment, message, launch, and grow.


This individual will leverage modern tools and data-driven approaches to accelerate pipeline, strengthen positioning, improve segmentation, and scale marketing efficiency. Healthcare SaaS marketing requires clear positioning, stakeholder-specific messaging, and trust-building across a complex buying cycle. You will be both a strategist and an operator—someone who can shape the narrative, drive pipeline, refine positioning, and operate effectively in a lean, high-ownership environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the company’s integrated marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, lifecycle, content, and product marketing
  • Lead product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for healthcare buyers
  • Lead launches for new products, features, and market expansions
  • Build and optimize AI-enabled campaigns for audience segmentation, personalization, predictive lead scoring, content optimization, and conversion improvement
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align go-to-market strategy and support adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Develop messaging that resonates with healthcare decision-makers, including clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders
  • Oversee performance marketing, SEO, content, webinars, events, email, and marketing automation
  • Establish marketing analytics frameworks and KPIs to measure pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and product adoption
  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute directly to key initiatives as needed, supporting execution alongside the team
Requirements

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within healthcare technology or other regulated industries
  • Strong background in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and competitive positioning
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI in marketing workflows, including generative AI, predictive analytics, segmentation, and automation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics, funnel optimization, and revenue impact
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving priorities, limited resources, and high expectations

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience in early-stage or growth-stage companies
  • Experience marketing to healthcare providers, health systems, payers, or healthcare administrators
  • Familiarity with healthcare buying cycles, compliance considerations, and multi-stakeholder decision-making
  • Experience with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP, attribution, and analytics tools
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
