What this job involves

• Responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining the property facilities, including VRF, Fire Services System, Plumbing system and electrical systems

• Supervise and report contractors' maintenance and repair work

• Monitor and repair access control and closed-circuit television and emergency generator, etc.

• Handle guest complaints on engineering aspects and carry out immediate effective and reasonable solutions

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Minimum 3 year of experience in maintenance work is an advantage

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure

• Proactive, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
