Roles & Responsibilities

  • Real estate professional with experience in commercial properties (office and industrial experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of real estate experience, preferably with international exposure
  • Excellent English and strong communication, attention to detail, and financial analysis skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with a solid understanding of the real estate transactions process

Requirements:

  • Provide comprehensive real estate strategy and transaction management for client portfolios, ensuring excellence in transaction execution
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes for new leases, relocations, renewals, rent reviews, subleases, dispositions and early termination
  • Collect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, and oversee site selection and evaluation
  • Prepare RFPs, negotiate letters of intent, and present information required to senior client leadership

Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs
Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido

Sueldo Bruto Mensual: 42,000 a 48,000

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

  • Proporcionar estrategia inmobiliaria integral y excelencia en la gestión de transacciones
  • Gestionar el proceso completo de transacciones para nuevas adquisiciones de arrendamiento, reubicaciones, renovaciones, revisiones de renta, subarrendamientos, disposiciones de propiedades y terminaciones anticipadas
  • Recopilar requisitos del cliente, obtener datos de mercado, revisar reportes de mercado y supervisar la selección y evaluación de sitios
  • Gestionar la creación de RFP's, negociación de cartas de intención y presentación de información requerida para la alta dirección del cliente
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos locales de JLL para obtener los mejores resultados, aprovechando tu conocimiento de las necesidades del negocio y cultura del cliente
  • Realizar seguimiento de proyectos, pronosticar y rastrear ingresos por comisiones, asegurando la precisión de entregables incluyendo cronogramas, flujos de efectivo y presentaciones
  • Ayudar a presentar revisiones estratégicas periódicas al cliente y oportunidades inmobiliarias como planes de ahorro de costos, mejores prácticas y estrategias generales de portafolio.

Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas

  • Profesional de bienes raíces con experiencia trabajando en propiedades comerciales (experiencia en oficinas e industrial es óptima)
  • Título universitario con mínimo 3 años de experiencia en bienes raíces, preferiblemente con exposición internacional
  • Excelente dominio de herramientas informáticas, altamente competente en el uso de Microsoft Excel, Word y PowerPoint
  • Comprensión del proceso de transacciones inmobiliarias
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle
  • Habilidades de planificación financiera y análisis
  • Inglés excelente (indispensable)
