Our Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for helping to build and improve the processes that keep the business growing. You’ll be part of a team that enables information which empowers various internal customers, improving the experience for our policyholders.


This is a role for someone interested in growing with us to transform the way the business views itself. You’ll be counted on gathering requirements from stakeholders and ensure that they get what they need to move the business forward with attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory, financial, and business reporting
  • Document report requests and updates
  • Profile downstream data to find anomalies and potential data issues
  • Create SQL scripts for reporting
  • Utilize PowerBI and other dashboarding programs
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience relevant experience
  • Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Insurance experience preferred
  • Ability to understand data structures and find relationships
  • Experience with Visio / Process Flows 
  • Experience with version control systems (Github, Devops, etc)
  • Experience with Analytics / BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos
  • Ability to collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals
  • Passionate about information

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$95,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
