Experience supporting Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) projects within Change Management
Familiarity with Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modules and vendors
Strong analytical and people management skills
Experience processing and logging deliverables, design docs, test plans, and work plans; ability to route to SMEs and PMs
Requirements:
Process and log new requests for deliverables and design docs; coordinate with SMEs and PMs for next steps
Collaborate with vendors, project team members, management, and SMEs to align cross-functional project deliverable activities
Serve as the primary IT point of contact with the Change Management team; ensure project deliverables are stored, versioned, and filed

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project (s) within the Change Management dept.
There are literally hundred's of deliverables and this resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans. This is NOT an Admin role!
Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner; these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.
Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
Along with DDI deliverables they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.
Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.
Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.
Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
Complete change management requirements/tasks.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.
Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.
Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.
