Roles & Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in BPO/outsourcing sales or AEC-related services, who thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the AEC sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, AU)
  • Promote Addmore's remote staffing and outsourcing solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align client requirements
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in BPO, outsourcing, or AEC services
  • Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Experience dealing with international clients is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience using Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel (GHL), Outplay, and other CRM tools

Preferred Skills

  • Background in technical recruitment or staffing solutions
  • Existing network in AEC companies, contractors, or consultants
  • Experience selling remote workforce or offshore staffing services
