Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter (US Clients | Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Appointment Setter
  • Must have experience working with US clients
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to work night shift (PH time) and operate in a remote setup

  • Generate qualified leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, outbound calls, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach and initiate contact with potential clients; follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information; meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and appointment targets

Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to join our growing remote team. If you have experience working with US clients and a strong background in lead generation and outreach, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, outbound calls, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach and initiate contact with potential clients
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and appointment targets

  • Must have experience working with US clients
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Must be able to start immediately
  • Willing to work night shift (PH time)

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage):

  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, GHL, etc.)
