We are currently looking for a Oracle Functional Consultant, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements for Oracle solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Configure and maintain Oracle applications (ERP Cloud or EBS) in accordance with business needs.
Lead functional workshops, process mapping sessions, and gap analysis exercises.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend appropriate Oracle-based solutions.
Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
Plan, coordinate, and execute functional testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure solution quality.
Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous system enhancements.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and test scripts.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, business requirements, and Oracle best practices.
Qualifications:
4–6+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS).
Proven experience in at least one Oracle module (Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM).
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their alignment with Oracle systems.
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
Ability to manage stakeholders and adapt to evolving business requirements.
Knowledge of integrations, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), and data management concepts is preferred.
Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
