We are currently looking for a MS Dynamics Functional Consultant, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Support system integrations, data migration, and testing activities.
Conduct UAT sessions and provide end-user training.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing system support.
Ensure best practices and standardization across implementations.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong experience with one or more Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, SCM, CRM, etc.).
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Familiarity with system configurations and workflows.
Understanding of integrations and data migration processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, etc.).
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience working in multi-entity or global implementations.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
Must have experience working for US customers.
