-Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for applying machine learning solutions.
-Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models to support business decision-making.
-Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to deploy and maintain AI/ML models in production environments.
-Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization to improve performance and accuracy.
-Design and implement experiments to validate model performance and measure business impact.
-Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and model results to stakeholders.
-Monitor model performance and retrain models when necessary to maintain reliability and accuracy.
-Support the implementation of responsible AI practices, including model transparency, fairness, and data governance.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
-4-6 years of experience working with data analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling.
-Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.
-Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
-Familiarity with data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
-Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python visualization libraries.
-Understanding of machine learning concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
-Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
