Über die Stelle

Im Auftrag eines führenden internationalen BPO-Unternehmens in Athen suchen wir deutschsprachige Customer Advisor für die Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat. Je nach Profil sind sowohl eine Vor-Ort-Stelle als auch Remote-Arbeit möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen auf Deutsch per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
  • Effiziente Problemlösung und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Genaue Erfassung von Interaktionen im CRM-System
  • Einhaltung vereinbarter KPIs (CSAT, Reaktionszeit, Lösungsrate)

Ihr Profil

  • Deutsch C1/C2 als Mutter- oder Zweitsprache — Voraussetzung
  • Englisch mindestens B2
  • Für Remote: stabile Internetverbindung und ruhige Arbeitsumgebung
