Roles & Responsibilities

7+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies with strong MuleSoft expertise.
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led architecture.
Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP services, and data formats such as JSON and XML; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid integration.
Security and governance expertise (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS); CI/CD/DevOps for integration deployments; MuleSoft certifications preferred; experience working with US clients; advanced English (C1).

Requirements:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices across projects and teams.
Design API-led connectivity solutions, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.

We are a U.S. company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20+ countries around the world. Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education.

We are currently looking for a MuleSoft Integration Architect (Lead), to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices across projects and teams.
Design API-led connectivity solutions, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers and engineers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to define integration strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations.
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of integration solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce governance policies.
Manage and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
Maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, standards, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies, with strong expertise in MuleSoft.
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Deep understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid integration architectures.
Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS) and API governance.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly preferred.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
Must have experience working for US clients
