We are currently looking for a EPIC/CERNER Application Analyst, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Configure, build, and maintain EPIC/Cerner applications to support clinical and business operations.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues, bugs, or optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot application errors and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to implement system changes based on requirements.
Perform system testing (unit, regression, and user acceptance testing).
Maintain system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and changes.
Support end-users by resolving incidents, service requests, and providing guidance on system usage.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or related field.
4–6+ years of experience working with EPIC and/or Cerner applications.
Hands-on experience with system configuration, maintenance, and support.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical systems.
Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
Knowledge of integration standards (HL7, FHIR is a plus).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
Must have experience working for US clients.
