Five years of experience in intelligent transportation systems
Experience presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences
PMP certification
Requirements:
Directly produce or oversee core deliverables, including gap analysis, project operational plan, cutover plan, data conversion plan, design specification documents, and requirements traceability matrix
Develop and execute manual and automated testing plans (including performance testing), test scenarios, and test results
Identify, manage risks and issues, monitor project performance, and provide recommendations for improvement
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and onsite training (Baton Rouge) with training plans/materials, and facilitate bi-weekly meetings

This is a remote position.
Job Scope and Responsibilities
The project is a 1-year deployment of a system that includes a combination of on-site hardware and cloud-hosted systems that support traveler information and travel events being managed sent to the public (via phone, web, apps, email/text).

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas areMANDATORY:
Ten (10) years of professional project management experience.
Five (5) years of experience in intelligent transportation systems;
Experience presenting information to technical and non‐technical audiences;
Must have PMP certification
Project Manager is expected todirectly produce oroversee/facilitate the following deliverables:
Gap analysis
Meetings/agendas (bi-weekly)
Project operational plan
Cutover plan
Data conversion plan
Design specification document
Requirements traceability matrix
Manual and automated testing plans, including:
Performance testing plan
Test scenarios
Test results
Onsite training (Baton Rouge), including training plan and materials
Experience identifying and managing risks and issues associated with projects;
Experience analyzing project performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
Experience establishing and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
The primary work location will be: Hybrid - either working with the client in Baton Rouge or working with us remotely.
