The Role:

This is a senior, client‑facing leadership role within a fast‑paced marketing agency. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager oversees the end‑to‑end execution of all client campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and operational excellence. This person acts as the final escalation point before issues reach leadership and provides hands‑on guidance to project managers and execution teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with deep agency experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client workflows simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of all client campaigns across multiple accounts.

  • Manage and support project managers, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.

  • Serve as the last point of escalation for campaign issues, blockers, or client concerns.

  • Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously improved.

  • Review campaign builds, automations, and platform setups (e.g., Go High Level) for accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain high communication standards across internal teams and with clients when needed.

  • Provide leadership with visibility into project health, risks, and performance.
