We are seeking a data driven and detail-oriented agent to join our team! In this role, you will leverage your local market expertise and pricing knowledge to prepare accurate property BPO reports. ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and deliver high-quality, comprehensive reports on time
- Utilize our proprietary valuation platform and other technology tools effectively
- Apply in-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, and pricing dynamics to provide reliable Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) or price opinions
- Stay informed on local market conditions, neighborhood trends, and pricing dynamics
- Provide excellent customer service in communication with internal teams
- Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirements
YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience preparing BPOs, CMAs, or pricing residential properties
- Proven experience producing accurate, well-supported BPOs or price opinions
- Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary platforms
- Active real estate license (and any state-required BPO credentials, where applicable)
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and pricing trends
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines
