About the Role

As a Talent Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative engine behind our recruitment team — turning Solidgate into the European fintech brand that bright talent can’t stop thinking about.
You’ll build creative campaigns for critical hires, run our social presence with a voice that sounds human, write internal copy that gets employees referring their best contacts, and represent us at events where real talent shows up. This role works for you if you can translate “we’re hiring” into something people care about.

What you’ll be driving:

  • Campaigns that convert: Build creative hiring campaigns for critical roles that turn passive scrollers into active applicants

  • Outreach that gets replies: Craft candidate outreach messages that people actually want to respond to — personalized and compelling

  • Brand voice that’s actually human: Run our social presence and external comms with authenticity — no corporate speak, just real stories that resonate

  • Internal content that activates: Write copy for referral programs, talent initiatives, and internal campaigns that turn employees into your best recruiters

  • Events and community: Show up at conferences, hiring events, and in communities where exceptional talent lives — representing Solidgate where it counts

  • Storytelling that sticks: Share career journeys, team wins, behind-the-scenes moments that make people want in

You’ll be great at this if:

  • You already have experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or have a degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism and a lot of drive

  • You write copy that makes people stop and click — from social posts to candidate outreach messages

  • You’re fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) and can shift tone from casual to polished instantly

  • You spot what’s working in talent marketing and adapt it before it’s old news

  • You’re wired to experiment: test ideas, launch quickly, and see exactly which campaigns bring in the best people

  • You’re genuinely curious about how things work — you notice what’s happening in culture, marketing, and communities, and you connect dots others miss
