  • Build the conversion engine: enable rapid creative testing, high-velocity landing-page sprints, and funnel/CRM optimization
  • Resource and compliance management: select and manage agencies and full-time employees; maintain timelines, budgets, and quality while ensuring campaigns meet legal and platform policies; forecast growth and report to the board

Atomic is a venture studio that builds companies from scratch. We're a team of seasoned entrepreneurs and operators who have built and scaled some of the most successful startups in the world. We specialize in creating disruptive businesses that solve real problems across industries.

We're recruiting the first Growth leader for a pre-launch, fully capitalized premium DTC frozen dog food subscription co-founded by a former Hims & Hers operator, owning end-to-end growth from zero to one. This is a hands-on builder role responsible for architecting and scaling the full performance marketing and growth engine in a high-ownership environment backed by Atomic’s proven playbook for creating category-defining businesses.

The opportunity -

Atomic, Emily Boschwitz and Quentin Lacornerie are looking for their first Growth lead to set the strategy, run a tight experimentation drumbeat, and oversee a team of specialists/agencies.

  • Own the growth system: North Star + KPIs, weekly testing cadence, backlog, and post-mortems. Early stage means trade-offs! You are a confident, data driven decision maker who can keep focus on the long term prize.

  • Broaden the channel mix: Prioritize, launch and optimize a diverse media mix (e.g., paid social, affiliates/partnerships, programmatic, influencer, podcasts, CTV) with clear CAC/payback thresholds. You are proactive about seeking and vetting new channels.

  • Build the conversion engine: Stand up rapid creative testing, high-velocity landing page sprints, and funnel/CRM optimization. We don’t test for testing’s sake but we get 1% better every day.

  • Resource & vendor orchestration: Select and manage agencies and full time employees; keep timelines, budgets, and quality tight.

  • Compliance & brand guardrails: Ensure campaigns and offers meet legal and platform policies; protect the brand while scaling.

  • Forecast & accountability: Own the growth model, scenario plans, and monthly board-level reporting.

What is required to be successful in the role

  1. 10+ years in marketing with a focus on growth and performance

  2. Experience with CPG, food or retail brands

  3. Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and get dirty, while also able to apply frameworks for scale.

  4. Strong analytical skills

  5. Clear communicator and proven record driving cross-functional partnership and accountability.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus + Equity
