Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years in IT support / Service Desk / system administration with onboarding, access management, and equipment provisioning

  • Experience maintaining IT documentation and asset records; ownership of operational tasks

Nice to have

  • Experience with MDM solutions

  • Experience with VPN or LDAP

  • Administration experience in Atlassian, GitHub, AWS

  • Interest or experience in security topics (Zero Trust, access control, endpoint security)
