Roles & Responsibilities

Ability to work remotely in a fully remote organization from any location

Requirements:

Process and review invoices for accuracy and issue invoices as needed
Process payments and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection
Assist in account reconciliation and track discrepancies in customer accounts
Maintain transaction records and generate payment reports; communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure payments are received

Invoice Processing: Issuing and reviewing invoices for accuracy
Payment Collection: Processing payments and following up on overdue payments
Account Reconciliation: Assisting in reconciling customer accounts and tracking discrepancies
