Requirements:

  • Lead and directly manage 7 GTM recruiters, driving all Pre- and Post-sales hiring across North America (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Development).
  • Partner with GTM leaders, People Business Partners, and the C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor progress, and manage global stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure GTM recruiting hits quarterly hiring goals and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Diagnose bottlenecks in the hiring funnel, monitor key metrics, and report insights to stakeholders and leadership; manage a small requisition load focused on GTM leadership hires.

As the Sr Manager, Revenue Recruiting, you’ll help to drive all hiring across all Pre and Post sales (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Development roles) in North America. You’ll directly manage 7 GTM Recruiters and report to the Head of Business Recruiting. This team plays a critical role in ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top talent to enable Vanta to continue to successfully grow.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Revenue Recruiting at Vanta:

  • Lead and directly manage 7 GTM recruiters.

  • Partner with Vanta’s GTM leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally.

  • Build, develop, and innovate unique strategies to ensure all GTM recruiting functions are able to hit quarterly hiring goals.

  • Diagnose and solve problems or bottlenecks in the hiring funnels with your team.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team.

  • Manage a small req load (likely focused on key GTM leadership hires).

How to be successful in this role:

  • 8+ years of business recruiting experience with most recent 4+ years being in people management.

  • Prior experience working in both a start-up and larger scaled environment.

  • Expertise and exposure in a wide variety of GTM areas

  • Strong data and metrics driven mindset.

  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
