Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • 2–3 years of experience in a high-growth startup/scale-up
  • Excellent modeling, slide design, and memo-writing skills
  • Fluent in English and French; based in Paris (not fully remote)

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end strategic execution on high-stakes initiatives (e.g., market intelligence, pricing scenarios, performance diagnosis, board memos, and due diligence on acquisitions).
  • Drive company rituals to scale culture and alignment (bi-monthly all-hands, kickoff and team-building presentations, and ritual-structure improvements).
  • Amplify the CEO’s voice and visibility by crafting high-impact narratives, keynote decks, and external positioning aligned with the product vision (including identifying podcasts and outreach).
  • Provide hands-on operational support for critical issues, acting as an escalation point for the C-level to accelerate projects with speed and quality.

Now we’re building a $1B company in the next 5 years.

We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Associate who will be the right hand of our Chief of Staff and CEO, helping us move faster on the projects that matter most.

This role is perfect if you’re a doer who combines structure, analysis, and adaptability.

You will operate at the center of decision-making: M&A, Pricing strategy, Performance management, Company rituals, CEO narrative.

You will sit where information compounds and decisions are made.

Your Role

Strategic Execution (40%)

You drive high-stakes initiatives end-to-end, working hand-in-hand.

Examples

  • Perform market intelligence → interview customers to get learnings & insights

  • Build pricing scenarios → model impact on ARR, NRR, churn

  • Diagnose sales performance → identify bottlenecks, propose fix

  • Structure a board memo → clear decision, options, recommendation

  • Run due diligence on acquisition targets → financial, product, market

    Company Rituals (30%)

You ensure clarity scales faster than headcount, keep our culture sharp and our team aligned.

Every presentation must be inspiring, clear, share the vision and is a reflection of lemlist’s DNA

Examples:

  • Create bi-monthly all-hands presentations

  • Build kickoff and team building presentations

  • Improve ritual structure to increase execution velocity

CEO Narrative (20%)

You amplify the CEO’s voice and visibility

Examples:

  • Identify 10 high-impact podcasts that drive US inbound

  • Prepare keynote deck aligned with product vision

  • Craft narrative for AI-first positioning

  • Connect CEO with key prospects, customers, thought leaders

    Whatever it takes (10%)

When something critical breaks, you step in with hands-on support for the C-level.

  • Be the ultimate problem-solver, ready to dive into operational details when needed

  • Support the leadership team to speed up projects when needed

  • Based in Paris (this is not a fully remote role)
