RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiting Specialist will manager and take charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at a company. Their duties include researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job, screening candidates through phone interviews and filling out hiring paperwork.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Implement and manage recruitment processes by posting ads on employment platforms, capturing candidates on social networks, screening CV and interviews.
  • Search for qualified Candidate through professional platforms and specialized portals (e.g. LinkedIn);
  • Follow up of candidates;
  • Organize and update individual candidates.
  • Personnel and time entry Database management
  • Prepare analysis reports of candidates
  • Coordinate with MIM candidates characteristics for open Job positions;
  • Facilitate and understand each country regarding general information in order to be able to select employees/candidates from other countries.
  • Support HR Specialist, Global Operations Administrator and Global Business Director when necessary;
  • Prepare work schedules, ACT communications for new starters;
  • Maintain, Manage and Organize the Candidate, applicants, and employee CV's.
  • Maintain, Assist, and monitor time entry on Timesheets.
  • Various other duties as assigned by executives

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:

Field of Study: Human Resource Degree, Preferred

Experience:

Three plus years of experience in Recruitment.

Computer Skills:

Prefer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
