  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, Promo, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and external digital teams; identify and test new traffic sources with the Research team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the Digital Acquisition strategy for an iGaming product across multiple GEOs.

  • Lead traffic acquisition and manage digital media buying activities.

  • Approve and control annual, quarterly, and monthly media and traffic plans.

  • Monitor traffic quality, ROI, and performance; optimize and scale campaigns.

  • Analyze media buying efficiency and validate test campaign results.

  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, Promo, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and external digital teams.

  • Identify and test new traffic sources together with the Research team.

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and/or Media Buying (iGaming or high-traffic digital products preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Head in Performance Marketing.

  • Strong expertise in digital acquisition channels and traffic management.

  • Hands-on experience with analytics, attribution models, and performance tracking.

  • Solid understanding of tracking systems, funnels, and conversion optimization (CR).

  • Experience in building and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple GEOs.

  • Strong operational and strategic management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and make ROI-focused decisions.

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
