The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting and driving the delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives. This role owns defined workstreams within larger programs, ensuring execution remains on track through proactive coordination, structured communication, and disciplined tracking of scope, timelines, and dependencies.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Program Execution Support

• Own and manage defined workstreams within one to two larger strategic programs

• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure forward progress

Project Coordination

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams

• Ensure tasks are clearly scoped, assigned, and progress according to plan

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain project plans, status updates, and RAID logs

• Prepare weekly status updates and proactively surface risks or potential delays

Operating Cadence

• Support core program rituals, including team meetings, status reviews, and documentation

• Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action items

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify execution risks and escalate appropriately to stakeholders

• Support tracking of mitigation plans and critical dependencies

Process & Documentation

• Maintain program documentation, timelines, and supporting tools

• Contribute to improving program management processes, templates, and standards

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• 3–6+ years of experience in program or project management, with a demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional initiatives

• Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional programs from planning through execution

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery frameworks

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SaaS, hosting, or eCommerce environments

• Familiarity with organizations such as Bluehost, GoDaddy, WP Engine or similar
