县城销售主管 - 衢州

Job Description

岗位职责： 
1)    县城生意的规划：找到生意机会点，覆盖县镇生意空白地区，并调动资源，促使生意增长；        
2)    县城经销商管理：推动深度覆盖与潜力产品的卖进，管理经销商月度/年度目标的达成，卖进合适的产品组合；    
3)    赋能经销商团队，提升权重门店的执行：通过协助经销商设定&追踪团队KPI，培训&跟线辅导经销商销售团队的执行，提升产品分销及动销；        
4)    市场推广活动：活动计划的制定与执行，提升品牌认知度；        
5)    合理商贸费用的管理：规划权重门店投资，提升投资可视度；        
6)    地级市生意提升：与MCM合作，共同促进整体地级市生意的有机增长。

任职条件：        
1)    4年以上快速消费品行业销售经验，其中2年以上主管背景；        
2)    具备丰富的经销商管理经验及县镇拓展经验；        
3)    具备良好的沟通能力及非职权影响力；        
4)    有良好的团队合作精神，为人正直，接受差旅。
