Strong programming background with Python and software development practices
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) and understanding of transformer architectures

A Senior Developer for GenAI designs, develops, and implements generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and related technologies. Key responsibilities include:
• Building and optimizing AI-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools
• Developing prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning models for specific use cases
• Integrating LLMs with existing systems through APIs and microservices
• Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for knowledge-based applications
• Writing clean, maintainable code in Python and other relevant languages
• Ensuring responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and safety guardrails
• Staying current with rapidly evolving GenAI technologies and best practices
