Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field
25+ years of relevant compliance experience, including prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer at a top US bank
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification strongly preferred
Must reside in the continental United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future (visa sponsorship not available)

Job description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Bank Compliance Leader for our client on a project basis. This contract role is fully remote over the next 4 - 6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

Identify improvement opportunities in the compliance management system
Assist with drafting policies and procedures of compliance processes
Partner with management to prepare for upcoming regulatory examination

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
25+ years of relevant compliance experience
Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer at top US bank
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification strongly preferred
Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
