Job description

To add our growing focus on The Hague, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our new Sales Manager, for our beautiful hotel in The Hague: Park Centraal.  

You will become part of a small but solid team and for this role it’s important to be visible and available in the hotel as much as possible. You can work from home or from our HQ in Amsterdam one day a week.  

 

This is what you're going to do  

As a Sales Executive you are the commercial face ánd brand ambassador of Park Centraal The Hague. You’re partly responsible for new business, and you feel comfortable with big and governmental accounts. On the other hand, it’s also important to reconnect with clients we haven’t talked to in a while. Succes is determined through achievement of revenue goals and improvement in market share performance.  

 

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.  

  • Working closely with the Sales Manager and the hotel team. 

  • Pro-actively provide input for account plans and SWOT analysis. 

  • First point of contact for corporate partnerships with Park Centraal The Hague. 

  • Organize site inspections in the hotel. 

  • Meet and exceed annual sales goals. 

  • Being a brand ambassador.

  • Bachelor's degree or similar. 

  • At least one year of experience in a commercial role. 

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. 

  • Knowledge of the local corporate market in The Hague & surroundings is a big plus. 

  • Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a positive revenue effect.
