Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform Architecture & Experience to lead the evolution of Insight DXP into a world-class, enterprise-grade platform.

This is a "Platform-as-a-Product" role. You are the architect of the internal and external developer experience. You will be responsible for turning complex technical components into a seamless, self-service management console while ensuring the underlying infrastructure is secure, scalable, and high-performance. You bridge the gap between "it works" and "it’s a world-class product," ensuring our partners and vertical teams can build at speed on a bulletproof foundation.

In this role you will be:

  • Leading the "Self-Service" Strategy: Transforming internal technical tools into an intuitive, no-code Management Console that allows partners and clients to configure their own back-office workflows.

  • Guarding Platform Integrity: Owning the roadmap for enterprise-grade requirements, including scalability, sub-second latency, and global security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).

  • Defining the Developer Experience (DX): Overseeing the API strategy, webhooks, and documentation to ensure the platform is highly interoperable with external enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs).

  • Driving Platform Velocity: Collaborating with Engineering to build reusable "Lego blocks" that allow our internal Solutions PMs to launch new industry plays (Claims, Loans, etc.) in record time.

  • Proving Platform Value: Developing internal analytics dashboards that track processing costs, ROI, and system health for executive-level reporting.

What you will need to succeed:

  • BS required (Engineering or CS preferred); MBA highly desired.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a PM for a global SaaS platform, with a focus on Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or infrastructure.

  • Proven experience with end-to-end product delivery, specifically managing the trade-offs between feature velocity and system hardening.

  • Demonstrated ability to own a technical roadmap and advocate for infrastructure excellence in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Developer-centric platforms and a deep understanding of API-first product strategies.

Reasonably expected salary range: $123,500.00 - $164,700.00
