We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end Recruiting for our Global Functions based in Mexico. The Levi Strauss & Co. Talent Acquisition team is made up of high-achievers who are passionate about talent. With recruiters placed throughout the US, LATAM, Asia and Europe, our global team works hard to build relationships with external and internal talent. We partner with internal stakeholders to develop and meet talent strategies that are unique to each LS&Co team through finding and attracting top talent. As LS&CO embarks on growing our presence in Mexico, while the recruiter will partner mainly with our Global Finance, Digital and Enterprise Technology organizations, it will be expected that they support a variety of roles if bandwidth allows.
The ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment but is also willing and able to act as a market expert as the hiring managers they will be working with are primarily US based and unfamiliar with the Mexico market. It will require this person to play a role not only in finding talent, but also be willing to become an LS&Co. Mexico expert, providing candidates and partners with all relevant local knowledge, practices, etc. In some cases, you will be helping to develop and document these new talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong assessor of talent while also having the ability to support with building process and the administrative aspects of onboarding.
The Recruiter reports to our Sr. Director HRBP. You can work remotely, although our preference is a candidate who is able to come to our Mexico City office as needed. This will be a fixed term assignment, twelve months in length.
