As an Application Development Analyst, you will design and enhance reliable applications and reporting solutions that help our business partners work smarter every day.
Responsibilities
Deliver secure, reliable application and reporting solutions that support multiple lines of business.
Translate business needs into well-designed technical solutions by partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Develop, enhance, and maintain Windows-based and web-based applications using C# and VB.NET.
Build and support SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data models that ensure accurate and trusted reporting.
Create and maintain ad hoc and production reports using SQL Server and reporting tools.
Identify and resolve data, reporting, and application issues to maintain system stability and user confidence.
Contribute to IT initiatives focused on continuous improvement, system modernization, and process efficiency.
Apply data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards consistently across all solutions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development, reporting, or systems support.
Hands-on experience developing applications using C# and/or VB.NET.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, including Transact-SQL.
Experience collaborating with business partners to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ASP.NET web applications or web services.
Familiarity with data integration tools such as SSIS or Scribe.
Exposure to financial or accounting systems such as Great Plains or Dynamics.
Understanding of database administration concepts including security, backup, and recovery.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
