What you'll do...

Role summary:
As a Senior Analyst, Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by supporting cross-functional initiatives, enabling continuous improvements, and delivering actionable insights. This position requires expertise in analyzing complex business requirements, interpreting data, and developing scalable solutions to enhance operations, reporting, and tools. You will collaborate with multiple teams to monitor performance, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your analytical skills and strategic approach will support continuous improvement efforts, strengthen decision-making, and enable effective execution within a dynamic business environment. About the team: The Strategy and Operations team sits in Last Mile Delivery and supports the Incident Management program, a high-volume, high-impact operational pillar. Strat-Ops is responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and execution across Incident Management strategic initiatives, product development, and process optimization. Our mission is to enable seamless collaboration and deliver impactful outcomes that support Incident Management. What we do:
  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Deliver actionable insights, define and track KPIs, and create frameworks that guide business decisions and performance.
  • Enable Product Excellence: Lead Incident Management initiatives to ensure seamless product delivery and issue resolution – this includes driving 4iTB conversations, conducting requirements gathering, and managing BRDs/projects.
  • Optimize Operational Processes: Build and maintain communications, SOPs, and KBs to support efficient workflows.

  • Standardize metrics, reporting definitions, and data logic to improve consistency, accuracy, and trust in analytics.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to enhance reporting automation, operational tools, and data accessibility.
  • Communicate findings through clear visualizations and data storytelling while ensuring reporting quality, continuous improvement, compliance, and decision support.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in data, business, or operations analytics within fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Advanced SQL and data querying skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, identify root causes, and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to build dashboards, reports, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in trend analysis, KPI development, root-cause analysis, data validation, and reporting automation.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, visualizations, and recommendations that influence business and operational decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders while managing priorities, timelines, and delivery.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and advanced analytical methods, along with strong communication and data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
